Recovery is hard
You don't have to do it alone.

Getting and staying sober is one of the most courageous things a person can undertake.

12 Step Program Recovery

The work is real, and so is the hope

There’s no magic pill. No shortcut. Recovery demands work, willingness, honesty, and humility. It uncovers layers you didn’t know were there, and some days, that feels like too much to carry.

"Those early days of recovery are like birthing twins naturally sideways, every single day."

Therapy can meet you right there. Working with a therapist who genuinely understands addiction recovery can help “unstick” you, address root causes, and accelerate the journey toward the life the Promises describe.

You're looking for someone who truly gets it

Most therapists bring academic knowledge of addiction. Rebecca brings something rarer, lived experience. She is a fellow 12-stepper who began her own recovery journey in 2006, seeking help for food addiction. Since then, she has worked the Steps, sponsored others, and witnessed the Promises come alive, slowly, imperfectly, and beautifully.

With over 15 years in social work, including substance abuse treatment with teens and adults, and her own firsthand recovery, Rebecca can sit with you in the truth of where you are without flinching.

What you're reaching for

How therapy supports your recovery

Rebecca’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based methods with the 12-Step framework — not in competition with your program, but in support of it.

Uncovering and addressing the underlying pain that addiction was masking, not just managing symptoms.

Transforming unhealthy behavior patterns into ones that sustain your recovery and your life.

Rebecca’s 20+ years as a meditation and yoga teacher can help you deepen your daily spiritual practice.

Propelling you toward living the 12-Step Promises more fully, one session, one day at a time.

There is hope. And it's closer than you think

You can live a life beyond your wildest dreams. Rebecca would love to hear where you are and walk alongside you from here.
