I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), wife, and mother of two active boys— juggling all of it imperfectly, right alongside my clients. My trademarks are three words my clients hear me say often: vulnerability, courage, authenticity.
I believe these qualities, practiced in daily life, are what let us feel truly connected to ourselves and to the people around us. My clinical training grounds everything I do, but I also bring a genuinely holistic lens to this work — meditation, mindfulness, and a deep respect for the inner, spiritual side of healing, not just symptom management. I’m drawn to clients who are already oriented this way: people doing their own inner work, and looking for a therapist who meets them there.
“Decades ago, I hit a wall in my own life. I had achieved a lot on the outside, but I felt disconnected from any real sense of meaning and purpose.”
That season led me to a daily meditation practice, and getting quiet enough to hear myself honestly. In that process, I recognized I was struggling with an eating disorder that I had hidden even from myself. I finally let myself get real support and that decision changed the entire trajectory of my life.
Two decades later, I’m deeply grateful for that experience of recovery and growth — it’s shaped the way I show up for my clients, and it’s part of why I’m drawn to working with people who are genuinely committed to their own inner work, not just symptom relief. My clients are, honestly, some of my finest teachers.
Three guiding principles that shape every session — and every healing journey we take together.
True healing begins when we allow ourselves to be fully seen — fears, failures, and all. Vulnerability is not weakness; it is the birthplace of connection and change.
Growth requires us to walk into uncomfortable territory. I help clients find the inner courage to face what they have been avoiding — and discover strength they didn't know they had.
Our most fulfilling life is lived in alignment with our truest self. Together we strip away the roles, masks, and patterns that no longer serve you — and reconnect with who you really are.
I stay committed to my own meditation practice and ongoing personal development, because I’ve learned we never fully “arrive” — there’s always more work to do. That’s actually the part I find most meaningful.
I try to stay a student of my own growth, not just a guide for others’ — and I think that ongoing practice quietly shapes the kind of presence I can offer in the room. That reciprocity, watching my clients grow while I keep growing too, is what makes this work matter to me.
“I’m still grateful for my own recovery — and for the chance to be of service to others on their journey.”

I integrate a range of evidence-based and holistic modalities — tailored to your unique story, needs, and goals.
Rather than just managing symptoms, we journey together to identify and address the root causes of your patterns and behaviors — for lasting change, not just temporary relief.
Trauma and stress live in the body. Somatic psychotherapy helps release what the mind alone cannot — connecting you with your body's own wisdom and capacity for healing.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based method for healing from trauma, painful memories, and deeply-held negative beliefs.
True wellness encompasses all of you. I weave together mindfulness, meditation, herbalism, and practical life tools to support healing on every level — not just the psychological.
Therapy is a two-person journey. I bring deep experience and practical tools — you bring your willingness to grow. Together, we move you forward with intention and care.
Beyond insight and awareness, I equip clients with real, usable tools — so that the growth that happens in sessions translates into lasting shifts in your daily life.
I’m a very active person — I love playing tennis, biking, hiking and cold plunging in the ocean. Well, I don’t love to cold plunge, but I love the benefits! I truly believe that how we live outside the therapy room shapes the quality of what happens inside it.
I grew up in Connecticut and lived there until 2017, when our family made a leap of faith to follow our dream of moving to San Luis Obispo for a better quality of life. Here we are — living the SLO dream. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!
My own ongoing commitment to health — physical, emotional, and spiritual — is the foundation of the energy, presence, and compassion I bring to every session.
Your self-loving, centered, and best self is waiting for you to step into action. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step — and I’ll be beside you for every one.
